Tent Leader:
- Stays all three days (including overnight) in the tents with the veterans
- Assigned to a tent of up to 20 veterans and acts as a source of information
- Must be a good listener and decisive, but fair
- Must be organized and lead by example, as well as follow the rules
- Acts as an advocate for all participants and represents all points of view
- Must be aware of and sensitive to homeless issues
- Must treat everyone fairly
- Must attend one-day training with Steve/Charles (Tent Leader Core)
